Barrak Algharabali is an Associate professor at the College of Business Administration – Kuwait University. Dr. Algharabali holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Governmental Budgeting and Public Financial Management from the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky. He also holds a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Management and Finance from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University.
