Your university email is your gateway to all KU systems. It follows this format:

S[Student ID]@ku.edu.kw

Example: If your Student ID is 123456789, your email is S123456789@ku.edu.kw

You can find your Student ID by logging into the Student Registration System.

 Note: The password for your university email is the same password you use to log in to the Student Registration System. 

You must activate your email before you can use Teams or Moodle. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Outlook Web:  https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=ku.edu.kw
2. Sign in using your university email and password.

3. Complete the sign-in process — this activates your account.

    

 Note: If you have forgotten or never set your password, reset it at: https://mspwdreset.ku.edu.kw 

MFA : Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. It must be set up on a personal computer for the first time.

1. Visit: https://cis.ku.edu.kw/services/mfa
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate MFA.

Moodle ( Your Online Learning Platform ) is where you will find your course materials, assignments, and announcements.

1. Go to: https://moodle.ku.edu.kw
2. Sign in using your university email and password.
3. Your enrolled courses will appear on your dashboard.

 Note: If a course does not appear, contact your instructor —the may not have activated it yet.

Microsoft Teams is used for live online lectures, office hours, and group collaboration.

1. Use directly in your browser: https://teams.microsoft.com
2. Or download the app on your phone or computer from the official Microsoft website.

3. Sign in using your KU university email and password.

    

 Note: Your Teams classes may not appear immediately — check Moodle first, as your instructor may still be setting up the Teams channel.

The Kuwait University Mobile App gives you quick access to your schedule, announcements, and university services on the go.

• Search for "Kuwait University" on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Use the Student Registration System to view your course schedule, grades, and registration details.
