Kuwait University will welcome 44,345 students on Sunday with the start of the 2026–2027 academic year, including 8,409 newly admitted students enrolled across 15 colleges in a wide range of scientific and humanities disciplines.
In a press statement issued today, the University announced that it has completed all necessary preparations to receive students, faculty members, academic support faculty members, and administrative staff, ensuring the smooth commencement of the academic process from the first day of the semester.
The University explained that it has finalized the preparation of campus facilities, including academic buildings, classrooms, laboratories, and parking areas, while mobilizing the necessary administrative, technical, and support services to provide a safe and well-equipped university environment that supports the educational process.
The University administration reaffirmed its commitment to integrating efforts and enhancing readiness across all sectors of the University to provide an environment conducive to student success and enable Kuwait University to continue fulfilling its academic and educational mission with efficiency.
