
Prof. Abdulrahman Daham Al-Sulaili, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs for Faculty and Cultural Relations, received His Excellency Ambassador Noshrevan Lomtatidze of the Georgian Embassy in the State of Kuwait at Sabah Al-Salem University City to explore prospects for academic, scientific, and cultural cooperation.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Sulaili welcomed His Excellency the Ambassador and expressed his desire to establish strong cultural ties between Kuwait and Georgia, particularly through academic and student exchanges, and the possibility of establishing agreements with Georgian universities.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed various issues concerning their respective universities and clarified the requirements for such cooperation. These included providing opportunities for Kuwaiti students to pursue their studies at accredited Georgian universities, hosting Georgian students at Kuwait University to study the Arabic language, and promoting scientific and research exchanges between Kuwait University and accredited Georgian institutions.
In conclusion, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Sulaili thanked Ambassador Noshrevan Lomtatidze for his visit and expressed hope for enhanced cooperation between Kuwait University and Georgian universities in the future.
