In alignment with Kuwait University’s strategic vision of fostering positive and effective engagement both locally and internationally, Prof. Osamah Ali Al-Omair, Vice President for Planning and Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, along with Dr. Sulaiman Ali Al-Rafee, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs for Assessment and Evaluation, received Mr. Muhammad Syukri Azmi Deputy Head of Mission and Counsellor at the Embassy of Malaysia to the State of Kuwait, at the Sabah Al-Salem University City.
This visit was held within the framework of exploring avenues for academic and scientific collaboration between the two parties. Discussions covered various areas including student exchange programs, scholarships offered by Kuwait University for Malaysian students to study the Arabic language, and the potential signing of Memoranda of Understanding with accredited Malaysian universities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties expressed their hopes for further strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the future.
