Admission of (214) Non-Kuwaiti Students to Kuwait University for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026

The Acting Dean of Admission and Registration at Kuwait University, Dr. Fadel Abbas Aziz, announced that a total of 214 male and female non-Kuwaiti students from among secondary school graduates have been admitted to the various colleges of Kuwait University for the second semester of the academic year 2025/2026, within the designated admission categories for non-Kuwaiti applicants.
Dr. Fadel Abbas Aziz explained that the admission of non-Kuwaiti students was carried out according to their ranked preferences, based on the allocated vacancies available after completing the admission process for Kuwaiti students. This was done while taking into consideration the minimum admission thresholds for Kuwaiti students in the various academic majors, in accordance with the Admission and Transfer Policy for the Academic Year 2025/2026, which stipulates that a non-Kuwaiti applicant must obtain a secondary school certificate percentage—or its equivalent—not less than the minimum percentage of Kuwaiti students admitted to the same major.
He added that SMS notifications will be sent to all admitted students specifying the college to which each student has been admitted. Admission confirmation will be completed online through the Electronic Admission System website
(http://portal.ku.edu.kw/admission), along with the payment of the admission fee of 10 Kuwaiti dinars.
He further noted that all applicants may check their admission results by accessing the above-mentioned electronic portal.
In conclusion, the Acting Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Fadel Abbas Aziz, extended his congratulations to the admitted students and their families, wishing the students continued success and a prosperous academic journey at Kuwait University.
