The administration of the University Student Bookstore at Kuwait University has announced the schedule for receiving students during the Holy Month of Ramadan for the year 2026. The administration clarified that direct sales operations at the bookstore premises will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
The administration further stated that any claims, inquiries, or remarks related to invoices must be addressed through personal attendance at the bookstore administration within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of invoice issuance, in order to ensure prompt processing in accordance with the approved procedures.
It was also emphasized that the approved payment method is limited exclusively to the KNET service. The bookstore does not accept VISA or MasterCard payments, nor does it support Apple Pay. Students are urged to verify the accuracy of the book title, author’s name, and edition number prior to completing the purchase process. The administration noted that exchanged or returned books will not be accepted unless the error is attributable to the bookstore.
Students are advised to adhere to purchasing only the books listed in their official course schedules and are required to present their university identification card at the time of purchase.
Furthermore, the administration has designated a WhatsApp contact number (24984622) to receive inquiries, reaffirming its commitment to facilitating procedures and providing optimal services to students during the blessed month.
