The President of Kuwait University conducted a field tour to assess conditions, monitor procedures, and ensure the safety of university personnel and facilities in light of the current circumstances.
In line with Kuwait University’s commitment to on-site follow-up amid the prevailing conditions in the country, and to review the status of its personnel present at these facilities while ensuring the safety of buildings and the procedures implemented therein, the President of Kuwait University, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailem, carried out an inspection tour on Tuesday morning. The visit covered a number of off-campus locations affiliated with the university’s colleges.
The tour included the Health Sciences Center colleges in Jabriya, the College of Social Sciences in Shuwaikh, and the College of Architecture in Adailiya, in addition to the male student housing in Shuwaikh and the construction program site at Sabah Al-Salem University City in Shadadiya. The purpose was to review conditions on the ground and follow up on the implementation of approved procedures.
The University administration affirmed the continuation of field tours across various sites, reflecting its commitment to protecting its facilities and safeguarding the well-being of its members during this period.
Accompanying the University President on the tour were the Acting Secretary-General of the University and Vice President for Academic Support Services, Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Mutawa, as well as the Acting Assistant Secretary-General for Facilities Management Affairs and Director of the President’s Office, Mr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman
