Professor Dina Musaed Al-Mailem, President of Kuwait University, received His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Habib Idris, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the State of Kuwait. The meeting was attended by Acting Secretary-General of the University Dr. Bader Ahmad Al-Jasser Al-Rajhi, and Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs Professor  Mohammed Ali Al-Mulla, at Sabah Al-Salem University City.
The visit aimed to explore prospects for cooperation in academic and cultural fields between Kuwait University and universities in the Republic of Ghana. The goal is to strengthen bilateral relations through student exchanges and the establishment of joint cooperation programs, in addition to reviewing recent academic developments and cultural and scientific advancements.
At the conclusion of the visit, the President of Kuwait University honored His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to Kuwait, Mr. Mohammed Habib Idris, in recognition of his efforts and role in enhancing relations between the two countries. She also expressed hope for the growth and strengthening of cooperation between Kuwait University and Ghanaian universities in the near future.
