In the Presence of the President of Kuwait University to Review the Main Control Room and Shelter in Light of the Current Circumstances Facing the Country
His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Inspects Facilities at the Sabah Al-Salem University City Campus
His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Nader Abdullah Al-Jallal, conducted an inspection visit this afternoon, Thursday, to the university campus at Sabah Al Salem University City, accompanied by the President of Kuwait University, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailem. The visit aimed to follow up on the situation at the university’s facilities in light of the current circumstances facing the country.
During the visit, His Excellency reviewed several vital facilities across the campus. He toured the main control rooms and the designated emergency shelter to examine the procedures in place and to ensure the smooth operation and readiness of these facilities.
Throughout the tour, the Minister was briefed on the operational mechanisms of these facilities and the role they play in supporting the safety system within the campus, contributing to the protection of university infrastructure and ensuring the safety of university members.
This visit comes as part of ongoing field follow-ups to monitor the university’s facilities and to closely assess conditions during this period.
