With the Start of the new Academic Year 2025/2026, Kuwait University Welcomes 43,843 Students Tomorrow, Including 6,596 Newcomers

With the start of the new academic year, Kuwait University will welcome 43,843 students tomorrow, Sunday, September 14, 2025, including 6,596 freshmen enrolled in the 2025/2026 academic year. These students are distributed across 15 colleges covering a wide range of disciplines, alongside the university’s faculty members, academic support staff, and administrative staff.

In preparation, Kuwait University announced its full readiness to provide all necessary services to ensure a smooth start to the semester. This includes the preparedness of buildings, laboratories, lecture halls, and on-campus parking, in addition to the mobilization of its administrative and technical resources to create an optimal academic environment.

The university administration further emphasized the importance of readiness and dedication at the beginning of the first semester to maintain order, security, and public safety, reaffirming its commitment to upholding the mission of knowledge and education.

On this occasion, the university administration extends its congratulations to all members of the university community, including faculty, academic support staff, students, and administrative staff, wishing them a successful year filled with accomplishments.
