As part of the College of Pharmacy’s commitment to strengthening the role of the pharmacist in serving the community and enhancing the quality of healthcare, students enrolled in the “Health Promotion 3” course presented a series of scientific posters showcasing innovative projects that highlight the services pharmacists can provide to enhance professional effectiveness and improve patient wellness. The event was attended by faculty members Dr. Mai Al-Hizami, Dr. Asmaa Al-Haqqan, Dr. Zahraa Al-Sairafi, and Dr. Ahmad Taqi.
The scientific posters featured studies and practical proposals related to several hospitals in the country, focusing on improving pharmaceutical workflows, strengthening communication among medical teams, and implementing the latest medication-management practices to positively impact the quality of healthcare delivered to patients.
These activities are part of the College’s strategic plan to prepare pharmacy graduates capable of contributing to the advancement of the healthcare sector by integrating academic knowledge with practical application in real-world settings.
