A total of 55 young Kuwaitis were trained and qualified through the program.

The program was organized to enhance the competencies of Kuwaiti youth and empower them, particularly in the healthcare sector, by providing comprehensive training that combines theoretical instruction with practical field experience under the supervision of a distinguished group of lecturers and specialists.

The closing ceremony was attended by representatives from the Public Authority for Manpower, several officials from the College of Business Administration and the Youth Public Authority, as well as the program participants, who showcased the experiences and skills they gained during the training period.

The ceremony included honoring the trainees who successfully met the program’s requirements and were nominated for supervisory positions within healthcare facility service contracts affiliated with the Ministry of Health, in coordination with the “Work Makers” program and under the supervision of the Public Authority for Manpower.

The attendees praised the program’s importance as a successful model for enhancing the readiness of Kuwaiti youth and its role in supporting efforts toward sustainability and the localization of jobs in the healthcare sector.

This program serves as a practical example of the synergy between educational and governmental institutions in preparing a professional generation capable of efficiently supervising and advancing healthcare facilities.
