The collaboration between the Graduate Studies Committee, the Research Committee, and the Social Committee of the Mechanical Engineering Department resulted in the great success of the Graduate Poster Day, held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
The event featured 14 scientific posters presented by graduate students under the supervision of seven faculty advisors. The research topics covered the following areas: nanofluids, HVAC systems, fluid dynamics, heat transfer in nuclear applications, and renewable energy.

The event was attended by faculty members from other engineering departments, colleagues from the College of Science at Kuwait University, as well as representatives from Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR). This type of gathering fosters collaboration among various colleges, departments, and research institutions, often leading to high-quality research that enhances the overall standard of scientific output at Kuwait University.
