With the commencement of the second semester of the academic year 2025/2026, Kuwait University will welcome tomorrow, Sunday, 1 February 2026, its new and continuing students, distributed across (15) colleges covering various humanities and scientific disciplines. This also includes all university affiliates, namely members of the academic faculty, supporting academic staff, and administrative personnel.
In this regard, Kuwait University has announced its full readiness to provide all necessary services to ensure the smooth progress of the educational process. This readiness includes the preparedness of buildings, laboratories, lecture halls, and campus facilities, in addition to mobilizing all administrative and technical capacities, thereby contributing to the provision of an optimal academic environment.
The University Administration affirmed its commitment to exerting further effort and dedication with the start of the second semester, in order to maintain public order within the university campus, enhance security conditions, and ensure public safety, in continuation of the University’s approach to fulfilling its academic and educational mission.
On this occasion, the University Administration extends its congratulations to all university affiliates, including members of the academic faculty, supporting academic staff, students, and administrative staff, wishing them a successful semester filled with academic, educational, and student achievements.
