The Organizing Committee of the Ninth International Conference on Energy Research and Development 2026 (ICERD-9), to be held from November 16 to 18, 2026, at the Kuwait University Conference Center, is honored to announce the launch of the conference activities with the participation of local and international entities.
This event will bring together a distinguished group of experts and academics from the public and private sectors, from Kuwait and abroad, to discuss the future of the energy sector in the region and to strengthen the leadership of the State’s institutions at local, regional, and global levels.
The conference follows the remarkable success of its previous editions, which were graciously held under the patronage of His Highness the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.
The conference aligns with the State of Kuwait’s Vision (New Kuwait – 2035), which aims to diversify energy sources and promote innovation across various sectors, contributing to the construction of a sustainable future.
