Kuwait University held the Academic Aptitude Tests today, Saturday, for the third group of applicants taking advantage of the third testing opportunity at Sabah Al-Salem University City. Students sat for examinations in English, Arabic, and Mathematics, in addition to specialized tests for students with special needs. The tests were administered in both paper-based and electronic formats.
The University emphasized that the Academic Aptitude Tests constitute one of the key tools within its assessment and measurement framework. These tests reflect the University's commitment to developing evaluation methods and enhancing the quality of the educational process, thereby preparing students for various academic disciplines in accordance with approved academic standards. They also embody the principle of quality, which forms a cornerstone of the University's institutional strategy.
As part of its digital transformation efforts and to facilitate access to examination venues, the University implemented a unified smart entry system based on QR code technology across all testing locations. This initiative contributed to organizing and expediting the entry process, improving attendance management efficiency, and ensuring smooth procedures and the orderly conduct of examinations.
The University further stated that the tests were conducted in two sessions. The first session took place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., while the second session was held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Comprehensive organizational and technological preparations provided a suitable testing environment and contributed to the smooth administration of the examinations. Notably, these tests represent the final opportunity for applicants during the current academic year.
The University also commended the efforts of the staff of the Assessment and Measurement Sector, examination supervisors, and all supporting teams whose contributions ensured the efficient and orderly administration of the tests with the highest standards of accuracy and discipline.
