As part of its plans to promote environmental sustainability and enhance the student experience on campus, Prof. Dr. Nourah Ahmad Al-Suwaih - Acting Secretary General and official spokesperson of the University, announced the launch of the internal electric transportation project at Sabah Al-Salem University City. The project employs eco-friendly modes of transport to help build a flexible, safe, and sustainable transport system serving all university constituents.

Prof. Dr. Al-Suwaih explained that the project is the result of substantial efforts by the Security and Safety Department in an important strategic move to eliminate obstacles for students and facilitate their movement from parking areas to university buildings and colleges. She added that the University will conduct awareness campaigns to introduce the project to all university members and answer their inquiries, noting that these campaigns will be held on a scheduled basis.

Dr. Al-Suwaih concluded her statement by stressing the necessity of adhering to instructions and guidelines to ensure the success of the system and to achieve maximum benefit for all members of the university community.
