In line with Kuwait University's ongoing efforts to build bridges of academic collaboration and partnership with educational institutions, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailem, President of Kuwait University, received His Excellency Salah Ali Al-Malki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Kuwait, on Tuesday, 7 October 2025, at Sabah Al-Salem University City.
This visit came within the framework of enhancing academic and cultural cooperation between Kuwait University and higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and aimed to explore prospects for joint work and the exchange of expertise in a manner that supports the educational and research objectives of both parties.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining continuous academic communication and coordination between universities in the two brotherly countries. They also discussed the facilitation of procedures for students under cultural scholarship programs, in support of higher education development, scientific research, and the advancement of joint programs and initiatives that benefit students and faculty members alike.
