In the Framework of Strengthening Academic Cooperation Between Kuwait University and the Kingdom of Bahrain The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs Receives the Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the State of Kuwa

As part of efforts to enhance academic collaboration between Kuwait University and educational institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Prof. Osama Al-Omair, Vice President for Planning and Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, received Her Excellency Lulwa Al Binali, Cultural Counselor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the State of Kuwait. The meeting took place on the morning of Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Sabah Al-Salem University City.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Huda Mahmoud Abdullah, Assistant Vice President for Academic Development; Dr. Salem Al-Shammari, Acting Vice Dean for Student Activities; and Mr. Faleh Al-Masoud, Director of Student Housing Administration.
During the official visit, both parties discussed ways to strengthen academic cooperation between Kuwait University and educational institutions in Bahrain. The discussions focused on mechanisms to improve services provided to Bahraini students, both academically and administratively, as well as exploring future opportunities for collaboration in areas that would support the exchange of expertise and the enhancement of educational relations between the two brotherly nations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue coordination to foster academic partnership and follow up on the affairs of Bahraini students at Kuwait University—reflecting the depth of the historical and fraternal ties that unite the two countries.
