As Part of Establishing the Foundations of Cooperation with Private Sector Institutions President of Kuwait University Explores Cooperation Opportunities with Warba Bank, Ooredoo, and Al-Sayer Group

In line with Kuwait University’s commitment to strengthening its institutional partnerships and expanding areas of cooperation with private sector entities, the President of Kuwait University, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailem, along with members of the University Support Central Committee, received representatives of Warba Bank, Ooredoo, and Al-Sayer Group at Sabah Al-Salem University City. The meeting aimed to discuss the foundations of joint cooperation and to support Kuwait University in the fields of academic and training collaboration, as well as building sustainable institutional partnerships with the private sector.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Hamad Al-Sayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Warba Bank; Ms. Nouf Al-Mashaan, Director of External Affairs at Ooredoo; and Ms. Nihad Al-Haj Ali, Director of Corporate Relations at Al-Sayer Group. Discussions focused on mechanisms for establishing effective communication channels with national institutions and partnerships, as well as exploring opportunities for cooperation in student training and academic fields, contributing to student qualification and aligning university education outcomes with the needs of the labor market.

In this context, the President of Kuwait University affirmed that this meeting represents a constructive step toward sustainable institutional cooperation with private sector organizations, supporting the educational process and contributing to the achievement of shared objectives between the University and the participating entities.
