The College of Life Sciences at Kuwait University is preparing to launch the Fourth Kuwait International Conference on Life Sciences (KICLS), under the patronage of the President of Kuwait University, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailem, and with the support of Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS). The conference serves as an international scientific platform bringing together researchers, experts, and decisionmakers from various parts of the world.
This distinguished scientific event reflects Kuwait University’s commitment to its pioneering role in promoting scientific research and innovation, and in strengthening Kuwait’s position as a leading regional center of science. It also opens new avenues for collaboration and knowledge exchange in the field of life sciences.
It is worth noting that the conference will be held on 11 and 12 November 2025 at the Conference Center, Kuwait University – Sabah Al-Salem University City, featuring four main tracks: Environmental Sciences, Communication Disorders Sciences, Food and Nutrition Sciences, and Information Sciences and Artificial Intelligence.
The conference will host 14 international speakers from Kuwait, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Qatar, and Jordan, in addition to two training workshops, about 70 oral presentations, and around 50 scientific posters selected from proposals submitted by participants from around 20 countries worldwide.
On this occasion, the Acting Dean of the College of Life Sciences, Prof. Ahmad Rashid Al-Lafi, and the Head of the Conference Organizing Committee, Prof. Kassem Saleh, extended an invitation to all those interested—both from within and outside the University—to attend the conference, benefit from its sessions, and exchange experiences and expertise.
