The team secured third place following a competitive scientific contest involving 14 teams from dental colleges at universities from around the world. The event was attended by the Acting Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Rashed Al-Azmi; the Acting Assistant Dean for Student and Academic Affairs, Dr. Manal Abu Al-Melh; and the Acting Head of the Department of General Dental Practice, Dr. Dena Kayed.

On this occasion, the Acting Dean of the College, Dr. Rashed Al-Azmi, praised the achievement accomplished by the College of Dentistry students, noting that it adds to the College’s record of accomplishments, particularly as the College has previously secured various positions in this competition in past years. He congratulated the student team on winning third place and expressed his sincere appreciation to the winning students for representing the College of Dentistry and the State of Kuwait with distinction at international forums. He also extended his thanks to the faculty members who were present to support and encourage the students, as well as to Curaprox Company, which generously sponsored the costs of the students’ attendance and participation in the conference.
