Kuwait University General Secretariat Honors Winners of the 2024 Administrative Excellence Award

The General Secretariat of Kuwait University honored the winners of the 2024 Administrative Excellence Award on Sunday during a ceremony held at Sabah Al-Salem University City. The event was held under the patronage and in the presence of the Acting Secretary-General of Kuwait University, Prof. Thaqal Saad Al-Ajmi, and attended by several university leaders.

Prof. Thaqal Al-Ajmi affirmed that Kuwait University continues to foster a culture of institutional excellence by supporting high-impact initiatives, enhancing the work environment, and investing in human capital, thereby improving organizational performance and the quality of services provided.

He added that the Administrative Excellence Award serves as a catalyst for creativity and positive competition, as well as a platform for recognizing outstanding talent, contributing to the establishment of an institutional work environment founded on quality and innovation. He also expressed his appreciation to Kuwait University President, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailem, for her support of the award and her commitment to promoting a culture of institutional excellence, encouraging administrative talent, and motivating employees in ways that contribute to enhancing institutional performance.

The ceremony concluded with the recognition of the Technical Support Administration and Center of Information Systems, represented by its Director, Eng. Sundus Ali Ashkanani, for receiving the Administrative Excellence Award in the Work Centers category. Eng. Batool Mohammad Al-Sayegh, from the Office of the Vice President for Planning, received the award in the Employees category.
