The Student Employment Department at the Deanship of Student Affairs announces the opening of applications for students wishing to join the Student Hourly Employment Program for the First Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. Interested students are requested to contact the designated liaison officer at their respective colleges or work centers from Sunday, August 23, 2026, through Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Please note that work under the hourly employment system will commence on Thursday, October 1, 2026, subject to the following terms and conditions:

First: Terms and Conditions for Students wishing to work under the hourly employment system within Kuwait University facilities:

1. The student must have successfully completed at least one academic semester, therefore newly admitted students are not eligible. 
2. The student must not have received more than one academic warning based on their cumulative GPA. 
3. Graduate students are not eligible to participate in the hourly employment system. 
4. Students may work only within the college in which they are enrolled, and their work schedule must not conflict with their class schedule. 
5. Students whose parents are Kuwait University employees or faculty members may not work in the same department or work center where their parent is employed. 
6. Students may work no more than three (3) hours per day and no more than ten (10) hours per week. 
7. Students may not combine employment under the hourly employment system with external employment at government ministries or other public sector institutions.

2. Copy of Civil ID 
3. Bank salary transfer certificate showing the (IBAN)
