The IT Support Department is committed to providing exceptional technical services that contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing performance across all university facilities. The department's responsibilities include offering technical support for computers and software, as well as providing computers and accessories. Additionally, it promptly resolves any technical issues encountered by users. The department is dedicated to continually developing the skills of its technical staff through ongoing training programs, ensuring that users receive the best possible services. The department operates under the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Academic Support Services and IT, and plays a vital role in achieving the university's strategic goals in the realm of digital transformation.
