Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security for your university account and must be configured during your first login using a personal computer (PC).

The Self Service System allows faculty members to manage leaves, payroll, attendance, and personal information.

Submitting an Annual Leave Request:
Self Service → Leaves → Leave Request → Select leave type and dates → Submit for approval

Please ensure leave requests are submitted sufficiently in advance.

Sick Leave:
A certified medical report must be submitted through the system or delivered directly to the Human Resources Department within the following working day.

Short Leave Requests:
Requests must be coordinated and approved according to your department’s internal procedures and direct supervisor instructions.

Microsoft Teams is the official platform for university communication, meetings, remote collaboration, and online teaching activities.
