The program, which was requested by the Ministry of Public Works and implemented by the Office of the Vice Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training, commenced on May 12 and concluded on July 3, 2025. It was met with strong engagement from the Ministry's engineers across various specializations, reflecting their belief in the importance of specializating in the field of engineering contract management.

The eight-week program addressed the documentation aspects of the developmental project cycle, covering the following stages: pre-design, design, tendering and awarding, execution, and post-execution.
